Yes I know and 10mins appointment over the phone as there are no appointments is ridiculous. You know that they seem to be too busy for us. All we hear is NHS and doctors in crisis so it put us off going.

I went through a phase of severe depression, followed by brain fog and now anxiety over the past 2 1/2 years. The anxiety is really severe at the moment. I tried HRT but it didnt help and it never took the anxiety away. How long did the anxious phase last with anyone else?
My symptoms are severe also lost my hair...feel like a monster I isolate a lot I can't sleep hope I find help got literally all symptoms indicating low estrogen..I am trying out Fin to see if it helps at all,or if its wigs for life..now at 36.....I am vision impaired,and back injured and is healthy food wise..but can only go for walks,at the moment I am to broken bc of hairloss so I stopped...will find a new doctor after new year....

It's great to get informed early - please don't be scared, symptoms really do vary and may not be severe!
