Aw, Mr Yellowcoat was so nice but so clueless, especially about GDPR, poor old soul. Beautifully done as always PA, thank you, congratulations on the 5,000 subs, it'll soon be many times that!
There's no way I could've let them talk utter shite like that without correcting them, but that's what I like about your audits, you let them dig their own hole and lay in it, very much admire your style 👌
Too many people are eager to call the police, when in reality there presence is 'not required' ! And this is a great example of that! But as ever great content PA😊
Why do people quote rules and regulations, when they don't know the rules and regulations, and why don't they get told what the rules are when they start the job?
Not so surprising when you think that they exclusively recruit underachievers that are willing (or able) to sit there for hours and hours doing mind numbing "work" (i.e. pressing a button) on the lowest pay possible.
I really admire your patience with these cretins, because when he said "you can't fly over private property, it's against the law" I think I would have been very rude and insulting, and told him where to go and and how dumb he is interspersed with a large number of expletives!
12:20 - "You're NOT allowed to take people's FACES...😳 as such...cos if you show people's faces then people see them...other people see them.." WELL THAT'S as clear as MUD 🤣 and gives me rather TERRIFYING flashbacks to the film 🎥 "Face Off" starring Nicholas Cage and John Travolta 😊😂.
The security guy should start looking into retirement, it's obvious this job is way over his head. He is supposed to be security and deal with the public but has no clue about any public photography laws, the drone laws or even GDPR laws. It might be a good idea to maybe read up on the laws you are about to deal with.
Capt Mainwaring is so confidant of his own BS its brilliant. Not a clue but pretty sure he is right on every count. The 1st bloke just yelling No, No, No ....😂😂 Well done, on another great video. 👍🏻
The second security guy was brilliant, 100% professional and well mannered to the public. The best security guard I’ve seen. Well done. Hope they’re paying you well 😊
He deffo needed to be educated more on the GDPR stuff but it's easy for us to say when we are not the one there at the time. It is crazy though how so many people still do not understand the laws on public photography and privacy.
What does this guy think happens in Town centres, shops etc etc when their images are being filmed. Does not understand GDPR and needs to read the regulations and educate themselves.
Outside the perimeter these security muppets are a nobody with zero authority and a meaningless hi-vis vest, inside they are a nobody with a tiny amount of authority (to trespass you) and a hi-vis vest. They should be ignored at all times.
Security guard would have trouble doing a Dot to Dot puzzle..Where do they get this shite that they come out with..Straight over from his Rabbit hutch spouting pure garbage
I get so frustrated with the likes of the two security fools. The sad thing is the company they work for does not know how to teach show the two how to do the jobs of security correctly.
Why cany they just listen to what they are saying. Every aeroplane that flies over is breaking the law then according to that chap. they make it up on the spot
Thus SIA Security guard is OLD and OUT OF DATE with their knowledge and training so part of this problem is down to the SIA but also with the guard not keeping up with relevant laws about drone flying and public photography too This problem is country WIDE so SIA get your act together and retrain your guards
🤣🤣Another bunch of clueless individuals. "You can't show peoples faces cos other people will see them, it's to do with Data Protection". OMG get a grip. 🤣🤣🤣
sorry but you are a bit too soft with them, I understand you dont want arguments but tell them straight that data protection has nothing to do with it and educate them.
@@chrischatfield8550 Like all comedy its only funny the first time you hear it. Not many of the other auditors inflict their personal choice of music on us
You are trying so hard to get a reaction. Be normal and do not instigate just for the views. And sound more professional causes these people are just trying to be authoritive so you must sound that you know what you are talking about...
Congratulations on 5k Mr Pure Audit!!
Much appreciated. 👍
5k congratulations ❤ you should have many many more tbh
It's a good job you didn't get their faces. 😂

@@PureAudits Pleasure - I've corrected my comment now so it makes sense!

Love love love the way you tell them you've got a zoom camera 🤣😂🤣 cracks me up every time, ' nah I've got me zoom camera' 😂🤣😂.

Maximum authority…..zero knowledge 🤷🏻♂️
They definitely missed the GDPR lesson, maybe they had a wet lunch and arrived late back for the class😅

Yes & thanks PA
I just don't understand why these security guards and managers think that they own the sky above their property. How thick are they? Thick as a pasty.
These companies are permission mad. They won’t let you breath their air unless you get permission. The world has gone mad.
No fool like an old fool (in hi-vis)
Why do people quote rules and regulations, when they don't know the rules and regulations, and why don't they get told what the rules are when they start the job?
that so called security man has about as much knowledge of the law as a meat fly.
Any security guard doesn't know the law, should be sacked.
Not sure if this guy has learning difficulties or is just a master troll. Either way hilarious to watch haha
“If you’d asked permission first” what? Oh that pish ! 😂
Amazing how many parts in security work knowing nothing
Not so surprising when you think that they exclusively recruit underachievers that are willing (or able) to sit there for hours and hours doing mind numbing "work" (i.e. pressing a button) on the lowest pay possible.
Nisbets of Chepstow have invited everyone to come and record all the staff coming or going from this business. Their lack of knowledge is astounding.
Do love it when you tell them I've got an app. Comedy gold!!😂
To any 'SIA' licenced 'security' - 'observe, monitor, report'.. not - 'make up random laws, advise, negotiate rights'
Right set of nesbits😂
😂😂😂
hmm shoulda schooled them in what was law and what was not.
And after all that he still doesn't know the law
Congratulations mate on 5k fully deserved
Thanks a lot 👍 PA
Nisbets did pretty well - that's pretty much a pass I think, and they were friendly enough.

Since when it is illegal to film people from a public place?
Great job Mr Pure, will be up to 20k before you know it. Keep up the great auditing style, way better than the majority of the most popular auditors.
Much appreciated. Thank You. 👍
I really enjoy your videos...hope you take care of yourself first of course 😊...yes very informative and fun ❤
Thank you 👍
They passed, just a bit confused about the data side of it but I have heard data controllers who sounded like they didn't have a clue too.
Spot on
Oops! Civil airlines have to ask my permissiom to fly over my property? A load of Bollards!
4:05 "The drone will be coming in though. Please object to it cos I got no content otherwise". lol
Not allowed Mr Pure ! 😂
Congratulations on reaching 5K subs , won't be long before you reach 10 k
Thank you for supporting me 👍
Come on PA, the minute they say 'data protection' you should tell them that is their responsibility not yours. You let them get away with it.
Good stuff PA that site used to be the Tesco RDC before they moved over to a bigger modern site in Avonmouth
Poor old lad.
More evidence, should you need it, that being a moron is a necessary part of the job description for all security guards. No exceptions.
Well done 👏
THE AIRWAYS ARE NOT PRIVATE . CAA WILL TELL YOU THAT . FFS🙄

Yes you fools need to protect what data you have....that's why it's called "data protection", DUH!
Nice people but no clue you should have educated them so the next person with a camera can get an even better interaction.
The law that states its private property ? Thought it was always the owners who decided that!!
He deffo needed to be educated more on the GDPR stuff but it's easy for us to say when we are not the one there at the time. It is crazy though how so many people still do not understand the laws on public photography and privacy.
What law? The law that it's private property. Haha. Don't open your mouth if you're clueless.

Employers never let security or minions take on auditors they will wreck your company.
Over. Im OVER private property. Not ON , OVER. Its almost as if they don't understand that ON and OVER are different words.
Obviously they would offer good money for data protection if they really were concerned
The Brains Trust right there!

Great video and you tried to educate them on GDPR but I don't think they understood, the Bruce Willis lookalike didn't say much 😅
Need to say they don't own the Airspace
The bullshit coming out of his mouth is so thick you could wade through it
Here's your hi-viz vest, and here's your laminated security guard id card, ......now please turn in your common sense!
I might start doing some auditing videos of my own.
If you show peoples faces, other people will see them wtf ???? Just when you think you have heard them all eh?
Another decent audit, keep up the good work, continue to keep your videos short and sweet. And please never team up with other auditors..

yeah we get it, you have a zoom camera, and you fly the drone over. How often you want to repeat yourself? So god-damn annoying.
They were talking so much rubbish at the end but you just kept saying "yeh yeh yeh". Why weren't you telling them they're wrong?

Because he hasn’t got a clue himself.
Open ur mouth a bit more let them know they are wrong 👍
Please change the music, or atleast vary it. Tunes like that get stuck in my head and turn me insane. Thanks.
