Longer a tree stands, Stronger its roots become. Stronger the roots become, Higher the tree grows. A strong foundation laid with strengthened muscles will make the dancing very easy and stress free. There is no gain without pain just a there is no pain without gain. :)

There is no Gain without Pain just AS there is no Pain without Gain. (corrected version)
Small letters delude me - more so at night time, when I usually post my comments. I live in The USA, in a time zone 12 and 1/2 hours behind I.S.T. So it will be night time for one of us always! :)

Thank you Akka for such a beautiful explanation. I think as a person who wants to pursue dance as a career this was very important for me.

Namaste ma'am. The camera works in your dance videos are awesome. Body movements and facial expressions everything seems so perfect in your videos. Can you please guide us about making a dance video? A same dance routine can look the best or the worst depending on camera work and editing. If it's possible then please tell us that how do you prepare for your videos and how do your cameraman/editor do their work (if you control the whole project).
Thank you and lots of love. 🙏💝

Thank you so much for the explanation,
Do we need any diet plan that a dancer should follow to boost up energy. And how to boost up stamina with prolonged periods. Stamina descends too quickly those days and how to improve stamina with irregular period cycle.

Thankyou for the explanation . How do u find the motivation to dance on a regular basis? Like for me when I practice after three adavus or rather 25-30 min I am tired . And lazy so how do u motivate yourself to do adavus ? Repetoir seems fun and easy . But adavus seems like too much work

Nice.. I just have a question. In a right note.. Why Bhrathanatiam has lot of Sanskrit notations? Anything in Tamil or Purposefully they neglect to use the words?

Are there any financial aids or work available? How do bharatanatyam beginner or practitioner, sum up finances for learning the skill, and make a living out of it and sustain a place or class for practice.
Can you please suggest any information that can help...
Thank you ❤️ you are my guru to me.
