सर जब मैं उद्गीत प्राणायाम करती हूँ तब मुझे अपने क्राउन चक्र में सरसराहट महसूस होती है।प्राणायाम के बाद एक गहरी शांति और आनंद का अनुभव होता है।ऐसा लगता है कि ऐसे ही बैठी रहूँ और यह आनंद और शांति हमेशा के लिए स्थिर हो जाये।

I have tingling sensation at top of head, i also feel beats that contracts & relaxes at top of head in syncronicity with the heartbeat.
This i felt after the third eye pulling sensation, Even my eyes feel pulling like magnet.

प्रणाम 🙏 सर मै जब 15 साल की थी, तभी से प्राणायाम , ध्यान कर रही हूं। हालांकि बीच बीच में कुछ समय के लिए छूट जाता था। अब मेरी आयु 35 साल है। करीब 10 साल पहले से मुझे ध्यान में सिर पीछे जाना, ऊर्जा का संचार महसूस होता था। लोग जो आस पास होते थे, वे बताते थे कि आपका सिर पीछे हो गया था और चेहरे पर एक तेज़ हमने देखा। कई लोगो ने मुझसे कहा कि बिना गुरु के ये सब करना खतरनाक है। गुरु को आपके पास होना चाहिए आपकी ऊर्जा को संभालने के लिए। लेकिन ये चीज मुझे अपनी तरफ आकर्षित करती है। अब चार साल के बाद वापस मैने ध्यान शुरू किया 2 महीने पहले तो एक बार मंदिर में 10 मिनट के ध्यान के बाद जबरदस्त ऊर्जा क्राउन चक्र में महसूस हुई और जीभ ऊपर तालु के लग गई और सब कुछ ऊपर की और खिंचता सा लगा। बहुत ही अच्छा अनुभव था। इस पूरी यात्रा में सारी गाइडेंस मुझे अपने अंदर से ही मिली। मुझे क्या करना चाहिए कृपया बताएं🙏
