You don't need to run more than once a week no matter what. Focus on your skeletal health and alignment and stretching everyday, and do one day of running. And maybe a swim with multiple stroke styles each week. , a half hour of skeletal and stride drills per day, and a half hour of mixed dynamic stretching, can make you exhausted. When I was 19 I wanted to train 20 hours a week, and now I train my skeleton agressively everyday, and only do cardio once every couple weeks, and I'm in the best shape of my life at 38. Skeletal alignment is everything. When it's all aligned your body has no fear loading on muscle. If I we're running Ultras I would do a long day every two weeks. And a faster day every two weeks. So one run per week. And the rest, skeletal and stride drills. Barbell work is horrible for your legs, because accessory muscles are more important than major movers like quads and gluts. . Do mixed footwork drills like soccer players, with a deep knee bend. And more upright. To cover the full range of motion. This guy may have improved your health, but you are still doing endless junk miles. Think about the minimum stimulus your body needs to catalyzed an adaptation. It's one run per week. And stretching, stride and skeletal work everyday.

Also, spinal mobility radically decreases shock into your legs. 100 percent of.your vertebrae need good mobility forward, back, left,. Right, and twisting. I train hard and pop all.my vertebrae everyday. Very aggressively. I hang and swing like a crazy person. The biggest thing I improved since I was in highschool is spinal.mobikity. and I was a top top athlete for.lacrosse, and my cycling power in college was around 430 watts for 20 minutes..big numbers. But I was a clown. Because my spinal column wasn't healthy.

Clearly you’ve never run a 100 or a 200. Maybe get out there and experience it before you start throwing smelly rose fart advice around. 🤡
