A Gibson Les Paul Custom given to and signed by Jimmy Page? That would be like Jimi Hendrix giving you and signing a Fender Stratocaster! Doesn't get much better than that.
I went to this show at Mesa Amphitheatre when I was 15! Ive never seen this footage and it brings me back to a great moment in my life. Thanks so much for posting the interview and parts 1 & 2:):):)
I have a VHS of this and then it goes into the show. Best part is Jason Bonham walking out that side door with a HUGE cocaine booger hanging out of his nose and Jimmy pointing at him and then his nose and laughing his ass off! Try to find it! No lie
Since, he got hooked up on heroin for some years! He was spending like a hurricane🌀! So how did he quit? 🚬 So luckily he did! Praised him! Now, he's a great guy! 🎸Guitarist man!
jimmy page playing 'since Ive been loving you' is a piece of heaven on earth
I know! Jimmy really knew how to write and play blues!!
It’s one of my top favorites, it truly is heaven on earth. Doesn’t get any better than that.
Win a guitar, see Jimmy play and actually meet Jimmy and have his signature on the guitar... honestly, she lived my dream :/
Her BC rich is worth way more if it's an early 80's. The LP is garbage.
I’m so jealous 😫😭

If I could choose only 1 person I wanted to meet it would have to be Jimmy Page
And everyone that meets him is a total douche too like, this MTV guy or the fake artist that interviewed him in NYC
I concur
I have thought that for years. What person living today would I want to meet? Jimmy is always in the top three.
Judy was kind enough to send me all of the photos that were taken onstage with Jimmy. Nice lady.
Does she still have that Les Paul?
I wonder if she still has that Les Paul!! She certainly has the proof he really signed it!
So nice all around. Hope she is still playing.
The interviewer is reaaaaaly funny with the guitarist girl. Endless weird questions..bah!! She was very polite and so was Page..

I'm so glad such a nice muso won that guitar AND her all-girl band was looking for a male singer. Really good.
"Is that a good guitar, Jim?"
Seriously? What'd he expect "Jim" to say?
71MARTIND28 its a good one alright “
John Miles rebel is one of my top five favorite records of all time "just sayin" 🎤🎼
I would have 100% asked him to carve his signature into it. He would have respected that 😆
He was really great guitarist James Patrick page will always be the best and will always be
That gal at 3:41 looks very cool. I wish I could've checked out her band.
and judy went on to write such timeless classics with that guitar. songs like...
Dude what kind of a question is so you're not gonna go out and sell this thing right away??? what is this guy smoking???!!!
HAHA!! I thought the same thing. "So you gonna hock this after the show?"
He actually signed it he didnt stamp it wow.

jimmy page is god.

You're full of shite.
Yeah, it's hot here Jimmy! (he was sweating so much during that show. probably needed a "refill" after that one)
She still have that guitar?

"Good luck with the group"
Gotta love Mesa Amphitheater. KUPD was a descent rock station back then. Now it sucks they play country or something.
chebrneck I know right ; that’s akin to KSLX playing nirvana occasionally
Which country ?
Didn't know the word hipster existed back then. How old is the word I wonder.
the song is originally from the 50's.
