Hey sis I really enjoy your long vlogs. Sis some advice I used to workout alot and although the excitement of losing weight is a buzz and encourages you to keep going I have learnt that you need to take a break for more than a day for your body to heal. If you keep going you are more likely to cause injury to yourself and plus it does make you quite poorly or run down like you. Too much of a good thing also has its side effects as I learnt and in the end realized I was make my body worse. Look after yourself in the process sis xx

Have a break from all that workout even tho it makes you feel good surly too much of it isn’t good for the body it’s like you get observed trying to loose weight and you don’t see anything else.

I can relate to this also. As your planning on going to the gym for the next day you know if you do end up eating unhealthy just remember that you'll be hitting the gym the next day so its ok. This might give you some peace in your mind insha Allah. And for that next day just eat healthy again and in the morning before eating or drinking anything do a salt water flush. Its worth it. Hope this helps you. Also I would like to say that there was one video I didn't like of yours which made me abit upset im not gonna lie but over all you seem like a very nice person and I do enjoy watching your videos excluding that one video. But we are all humans i guess. Keep strong sis and carry on with the good work!👍😊

@@Bengalistagram vlog 31 live Q and A with your sister Shima. You mentioned your sister was black and then your dad scrubbed her until she turned white. This i found a bit hurtful because I'm bangali and I'm not fair. All my life I've been colour discriminated and looked down at because of what my skin colour was. I know u said it as a laugh/joke but thats what alot of bangalis who are fair skinned say they laugh and give similar comments like that. And honestly it hurts😭. Like its a sin or those who are fair skinned are far more superior than those who are dark skinned. These people don't look at what this person's features are or the personality or what this person has achieved. Its all about what colour is the person. She's dark skinned so let's put her down. 😞

And I repeated it to her when I was young. Then I mentioned how it’s very racist. I would never say something like this, I myself have beautiful dark skinned children and I am so proud of them. Salam sis new subbie I really relate to your content and love watching your vids but I was thinking you don’t have to put a video up everyday also maybe you shoud have some rest days from the gym to recoup you do some much as it is mum, working, you tube and insta you don’t wana burn out x

@@Bengalistagram Same my mum used to say all these, just finished watching your video, make sure you take a rest day as your muscles need to recover, from all the wear n tear, also take protein too if your not having real protein foods cz of dieting. Women's best one I find is much less powdery taste, I've tried so many dont like them much. Your doing really well sis MashaAllah ❤
