WBCY-FM Charlotte, NC Emergency Broadcast System (EBS) Activation (July 27, 1989)

Another EBS activation on an FM station is discovered, this time being found on Archive! Gaston County in North Carolina experienced a Tornado Warning that day for the northwestern part of the county. Here's a rare activation caught from Charlotte's CHR station WBCY (B108). It's strange that the station activates the Attention Signal twice for some odd reason.
