This song always makes me wanna cry.
It's been almost 8 years since I moved from the country I lived in, leaving behind lots of important people but most of all, my best friend. Time has passed and we are still in touch sort of, but it keeps getting harder and harder to stay close as you grow up and life happens around you. I just hope I can sit together with him one day, and talk as if nothing had happened.

The original version of Definitely Maybe (ie. The first few months it was out) it is listed as "Digbys Diner". There was a typo. I know because I have it.
They corrected the spelling, and it was listed as "Digbys Dinner" on all further pressings of the album.

Although Liam and noal have changed ALOT since the 90’s there music is still amazing 🤩 and when they play there 90’s song ofc is not as amazing as back then but it’s still good that they sometimes play there old songs.

Gem is a close friend of noels, they use to spend a lot of time together with oasis. Now oasis split and noel is out on his own and hardly sees gem anymore. The lyrics in this song are about two friends who use to be close but have since grown apart. So noel was clever and dedicated the song to his good friend gem. :-)

Would you all give that girl a break? Do none of you remember that Definitely Maybe had a misprint where it said "Diner" instead of "Dinner"? Or was that only in America??? I was honestly surprised Noel gave her such a hard time, considering the misprint on the album.
