  • Infrared rework at profile. This is the real deal. Preheater and thermo couple at a low peak profile soaking. We replace thousands of spent capacitors to restore full functionality.

+Jbla Imrbot - Good to hear from France. This was my rework lab for years. It is the real deal. I always preheat my boards when I drop lead free caps and I know my exact temp due to the thermocouple. My work area was a mess with dead caps everywhere, however, we were a board repair shop and not following IPC standards. We also had two Metcal BGA machines which pulled surface mount components off real quick and clean. More videos coming out next week.

And for the mess was a joke my dear ;). It's just the usual charge of work ;)

I do amator reflow on laptop at my house since 5-6 years. 150 laptop and more aproximativly. ( i m not equiped for reballe with the large park of gpu and railings. And 99.9% of time, laptop rework perfectly and durable with a good reflow and flux! Is not a video game console with him amazing PCB. Is an usual problem since rohs 2008)
So what do you do on the video? Do your reflow the plastic chipset CPU by the bottom? I need information on the reflow cpu with amovible plastic, can be requiered in my work. I have an achi 6500 v2. Is a low cost materiel, basic but is enought for an amator like me and can already does a perfect work! Regulation is pefect and hot bottom too on this model (i have read is not perfect on achi 6000 and before model.) Inside is basic but is quality, really for 500-600$. Good assembly. Large ceramic loops protector and all details like the good sation.
Have a good repair, you are my God for soldering, i have begin CMS with your tutorial. Now i can desolder an used buble led pastic and resolde, is not a problem! SO thank you for your video. Love. (and sry for my english)

I m not quite sure that it is fully professional. Hakko preheating station is not professional . It hasnt any digital remote control. and the heat area is not comfortable + it hasn't upper soldering head. The microscope and metcal station looks good.
