Your hilichurl comment is hilarious- but if you learn the actual lore behind them :') also yes this game is huge, there is so much to learn- all that's important for you right now is just to enjoy your time playing and go at your own pace. specific game mechanics like artifacts and whatnot will come with time, I would just say focus on enjoyment right now, and understanding how elemental reactions work :) (not necessarily damage or anything just elemental reactions are a core part of the game so having that base understanding and learning how to use them early game is important imo, :) but don't stress about it)- if you press g you can view and read the tutorial tab as well, which helps explain things! also also you will get an item that will enable you to use those rings you unlocked by following the blue guy (a seelie) :)

I def agree with this! Just enjoying the game is the most important. You're not really competing with anyone, and there's so much to the game. Artifacts can become an absolute nightmare in so many ways haha.

Randomly stumbled across this, and as someone who's been playing this since week one basically daily, it's very refreshing and enjoyable seeing someone else geting into and enjoying the same game and journey I've been for the past few years. Also if Paimon becomes unbearable, she's a lot less annoying in chinese. might be worth swapping it, especially when you play off stream, for the sake of your mental health.

Treat the game like a good story! don't worry about us and enjoy it at your own pace, you got years worth of FREE content! with creativity with the characters and understanding team synergy you'll be okay! Genshin is a bit of a resource management game too. Enjoy the game! Tip for combat! Elemental Skills (E) are something you should try to use often as they give your character Energy points which builds up your Elemental Burst (Ultimate) (Q). The Elemental Skill usually has to make contact or damage to an enemy to generate energy (slight exceptions for a few characters, but experiment and see!), your party members will also get a small portion of that of energy too, even not in action. This will help your combat significantly as Elemental Bursts/Skills are a big part of Genshin! You'll know when you successful get energy when you see little coloured orbs based on the characters element fly towards them and absorb it. Normal attacks are usually your basic attack when your skills are on cool-down (timer before you can use it again). Also the dodge skill (left shift / right click) has 2 dodges that can evade attacks, but there is a slight cool-down after using 2 dodges in succession before you can dodge again besides stamina cost. Good luck! You guys are fun to listen too and watch!

I love these, seeing you enjoy the game for the first time and being funny is awesome :D Also some tips, the game plays really well with controller, but you need to have it connected in order to switch to it, but it then disables keyboard+mouse controls unless you switch back. This is important because the default button mapping is pretty messy, for example the B button on xbox controller is Confirm and A is Cancel, so it's a good idea to set the controls to your liking in the settings right away. Also, I recommend reading the Talents tab for your characters, they are the abilities a character has, which can make it easier for you to understand their gameplay. For example, Amber's E ability can be held to throw the bunny further :)

Personally, I prefer using the controller to play this game. The only thing you lose is the aiming accuracy, but you don't really need to do that for most characters.

Seems yall are having fun and it only gets better the more you play. Also I dont know if you know but there IS Co-op for this game but only when you reach AR 16. Its great for fighting and defeating bosses if you are having difficulty doing it on your own. Also its great for farming higher lvl domains for talent materials, weapon upggrade materials, and artifact sets for specific characters. Ofc this is all in the future and you wont get to it for a while with the speed yall are going XD so no worries about that for now. And when you reach that point I would hide your UID if you can because people might try to join if you have the option on for join requests. You can cut it off if it becomes annoying and im sure people would be happy to explain how if asked. Just wanted to inform you for future reference so youre prepared LOL. (Because is has been a slight issue in the past for other streamers) Great vid guys and even with the missing footage, yall did your best. Its alright XD

this was basically a podcast you guys basically didn't even play the game😂 and it will be a little complicated to have 15 minute videos because each act of the story lasts at least 1 hour each
I will give some advice though.. I'd suggest way longer recording sessions for this game. There's a LOT of game to get through, and even some of my recordings for this game can result in videos for like up to 3 hours long to start and finish a single story quest. EDIT: Damn, scheduling conflicts, huh? That's tough. I know how that goes..
