If Patrick Mahomes is not making noise about his salary no other QB should. I mean look at all those overpaid QBs that can't get things done year in year out.
Mahomes deal is not what it seems they move money around and play accounting tricks with his deal so it looks like he is the 10th highest paid QB on the surface but he is getting paid more inline with Burrow at $55 million a year.

That's a weird game to cite as Staff outplaying Goff. They were both equally instrumental in keeping their teams alive until the 4th. Even the stats from that game prove it.
@@je9950 who cares about stats? Outside of the two scripted drives at the beginning of the game and the one after the half, Goff was efficient but pedestrian. Stafford was putting the ball in keyholes and had several highlight plays. It was the difference between a well oiled offense vs a QB putting the team on his back

Stafford has had some bad injuries. He is good but the injuries have been severe. He is close to retirement.

He deserves a raise no doubt. To ensure his longevity the Rams are heavily investing in the run game. I'm sure Stafford had fun handing the ball off to Kyren Williams last year. Takes away a lot of the pressure and he can just go out there and sling it on play action.

Stafford has never missed a serious payday since draft day with mixed results overall. He’s paid fine considering he is super wealthy already and depends heavily on Snead to give him a stacked team.
