The dancers are more professional because they appear to be trained and are Laotian dancers, not Hmong.
As a dancer myself, it makes me really happy seeing dance groups getting more recognition and being included in music videos! Dancing is a lot harder than it seems-not to mention how EXPENSIVE it can also be, and it can be just as important to a song as the singing.
