Once upon a time, I was at a John Waite concert. I was in the very first row. I was 17 years old and I was in love with John Waite. He must have seen the love in my eyes, for in the middle of Head First, he placed his mic in front of me, for me to sing the next line. I knew each and every word. However, because of my intense feelings for him, I couldn't utter a sound. To this day, many moons later, I still recall this moment with fondness. I hope he wasn't pissed at me!
