I do have similar position with slight change. Saturn in 9th house in Uttarabhadra nakshatra Conjucted with lagna lord Moon and Jupiter in 7th house in Shravana nakshatra.
I have saturn in 9th been travelling since I was a kid also completed my Masters and undergrad abroad from prestigious universities so I don’t agree with this predication
