the interesting thing about the Fallout universe is the concept behind the game.

The sad truth is that there are over 1,000 nuclear bombs on both sides. You can and they will bomb all major and medium cities four times over. Just like the opening sequence in Fallout. Their were once over 30,000 for each side during the cold war. Scary thought.

@@Kratezia Yes, considerably more. The major concern isn't about the immediate devastation, but the aftermath. Whether using an old nuclear bomb that would only destroy Time Square and the surrounding areas, we have bombs that could destroy the entirety of New York City and cause nuclear radiation that can be carried over a wide distance from the wind while causing a fireball that would literally disintegrate cars, buildings, and otherwise on impact. Even then, whether you're using an older bomb that destroys the center of a city, or a new bomb that makes several neighboring states practically uninhabitable, it's a matter of everybody else responding anyway.
I think a much more realistic event that would happen if we used the modern B83, the response of similar weapons would not just put people back to a time of the Wild West, it would probably drive us into a genuine extinction. The nuclear radiation carried over by a B83 would reach across multiple states and infect so much water, it would be nearly impossible for most of the modern human beings to survive, and with the atmosphere now so incredibly poisoned, it would be difficult for most folks to breathe. We get most of our oxygen from a type of plankton in the ocean, and if you have a bunch of radiation killing the plankton in the ocean from the use of every B83, B61-13, and earlier nuclear bombs going off and radiating the ocean, it is unlikely anything except small rodents and bugs would inhabit the Earth.
Bombs now may be more potent than the ones in the past, but firing either one will cause all others to be fired by every country that has them. You would have roughly 45 minutes left, and even if some countries decided to back out from firing all of their nuclear arsenal to ensure mutual destruction, there still probably wouldn't be any human being left alive. Earth would become much more like a slower, more widespread Chernobyl disaster. Thousands upon thousands of nuclear bombs littering the planet, destroying cities, poisoning the air, poisoning the clean water, poisoning the plankton in the sea that makes our oxygen. It would be extinction.

This has been a difficult show to watch reactions to. Especially when you have one reactor who’s a big fan of the games watching with a reactor who’s never played. that type of dichotomy didn’t work in this instance.
How do you know that any of them played games or were familiar with them. I think roshi, rocklee and badd medicine maybe have played or know them. Everyone else i'm pretty sure don't know what fallout games are about.

@@MovieShowsMashups it’s when one of them gets borderline obnoxious and provides lore, points out Easter eggs, makes comparisons to the source material, etc. for the entire runtime and the other one is just trying to enjoy the show, never asks for clarification, and appears to become increasingly irritated that it becomes hard to watch for me. In this case reel rejects.
