The Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ikechukwu Ogalla honoured 12 deserving Naval Warrant Officers (NWOs) during the just concluded NN@68 Celebrations by giving each one a brand new Toyota Hilux Vehicle.
It was an emotional moment worth reliving over and again.
