@@ZZubZZero Once again, if there was really no difference, they would tell both chocolates are sweeter randomly, almost all the subjects said taht the round one was sweeter, so it indicates that there's something.
And, once again, that had already been observed on a large population with no questions asked.
I don't know if his hypothesis of the form theory is right, honestly I doubt it, but it's undeniable that there's something in a round chocolate that makes it sweeter. I already guessed in the beginning of the video that the tastes of the chocolate pieces were the same. It depends upon the shape which affects the psychology of the eater.

Its also a psychological reaction to how the shape of the chocolate coats the tongue, the smoothed surface causes a larger surface area to react to the chocolate, meaning you "taste" more sweetness at a time

Studying food science, completed a class on sensory analysis. This test is flawed in a lot of ways, including an environment that does nothing to reduce bias and an excessive amount of coaching. The biggest issue though is that they’re asked which one is sweeter, implying there is a difference. While this is a suitable prompt in some scenarios, in this case it essentially eliminates the possibility of the panelists choosing the “correct” answer, and therefore you really learn nothing from this
