The UN General Assembly (UNGA) is the main policy-making organ of the Organization. Comprising all Member States, it provides a unique forum for multilateral discussion of the full spectrum of international issues covered by the Charter of the United Nations. Each of the 193 Member States of the United Nations has an equal vote.
The United Nations is an international organization founded in 1945. Currently made up of 193 Member States, the UN and its work are guided by the purposes and principles contained in its founding Charter.
The UN has evolved over the years to keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
But one thing has stayed the same: it remains the one place on Earth where all the world’s nations can gather together, discuss common problems, and find shared solutions that benefit all of humanity.

Khawr Abd Allah is a Kuwaiti waterway in which Iraq has the right of passage according to international laws and agreements that must be respected.
@@alqyas The waterway belongs to Iraq since it comes from Iraq's rivers which, for your record, is how bubyan island is made.
Let us talk about some history and geography since you are claiming that the waterway belongs to your so-called country:
People from Iraq (no matter the names, whether it be sumerians, assyrians, babylonians, arabized etc) have been living around the fertile alluvial plains between Iraq's rivers for ages.
When Iraqis expelled the UK from the main big cities in the country, the UK decided to punish Iraq by bringing poor, uneducated, uncivilised people from Iraq, Iran and Saudi and resettled them near Iraq's only coastline and made them a fictional country "puppet state".
It is like renting a room in your house for a person and that person comes years later claiming that the garden belongs to him.
Now let us jump to some laws and agreements (I don't know how much you know about this considering the fact the you are from dictatorship made up state)
Upon Iraq's defeat in 1991 when it was attacked by +30 countries when the country tried to take back what belongs to it, the UN and kuwait draw the borders alone when
Iraqi representative where absence, and the UN decied to punish Iraq by drawing borders and deprive the country once again from its only coastline.
In conclusion The federal supreme court ruled the agreement ‘unconstitutional’ given that it was passed with a simple majority rather than two-thirds of the parliament, which means Iraq will apply its constitutional norms contrary to the international treaty which will be in Iraq's favor.
