  • On this episode of My Tasty Naija, we had a chat with Chioma Nnadi, Founder / CEO of Eve After Dark, the first cloud kitchen in the UK serving Nigerian food to Londoners 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. A cloud kitchen utilizes a commercial kitchen for the purpose of preparing food for delivery or takeout only, with no dine-in customers.

I'm not sure where you're from but in Nigeria english is spoken all over the country, same in Ghana. So finding Nigerians or Ghanians that "speak well" is not unusual not even in the slightest.

As in people that don't "live there" aren't supposed to know how to speak well?

Great! It's good to see Nigerian food is being rebranded, and more of our food is put out there to the world. Food and language is very important to culture and identity. We must not loose our identity as Nigerians, whatever parts of Nigeria you're from.

To order food you need the app and the app is only available on the apple app store. Ignoring android users?

Do you do White 'soup' with swallow, please?
It would be helpful to state the ingredients in English also for non-Nigerian customers and do you also use 'maggi cube and the like as they are very unhealthy.

You are trying because the tomatoes and peppers in Nigeria are “challenging” to cook with. The peppers burns the skin for hours on end. The UK has better ingredients and cooking is much easier.
