1. Recite while leaving your house, and a group of angels will protect you.
2. Recite on entering your house, and poverty will not enter your home.
3. Recite after wudhu, and it raises your rank 70 times.

5. Recite in the evening and you will be protected until the morning.
6. Recite after fard salah, and the only thing that separates you from Paradise is death.

The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is Syed-ul-Istighfar (syed ul istighfar).
Hazrat Shaddad bin Aus, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said:
“The most superior way of asking for forgiveness from Allah is:
‘Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Khalaqtani wa ana ‘abduka, wa ana ‘ala ‘ahdika wa wa‘dika mastata‘tu, a‘udhu bika min sharri ma sana‘tu, abu-u laka bini‘matika ‘alaiyya, wa abu‘u laka bidhanbi faghfirli, fa-innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta.”
اللّٰهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي، لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِيْ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَىَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِيْ، فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ، فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ إِلَّاأَنْتَ۔
O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no god except You. You created me and I am Your servant. And I abide by Your oath and promise [that I may honour it] to the best of my ability. I seek refuge with You from every evil I have committed. I acknowledge Your favour upon me and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for surely there is no one who can forgive sins except You.

If one makes it a habit to recite Istighfar every day, and recites it once after every prayer, then Allah will forgive all his sins.
If One recites Sayyidul istighfar, his heart inclined towards good deeds, his heart will be pleased with the worship of Allah
The Holy Prophetsa added: “If somebody recites it during the day with firm faith in it, and dies on the same day before the evening, they will be from the people of Paradise; and if somebody recites it at night with firm faith in it, and dies before the morning, they will be from the people of Paradise.”

Does somebody know how many rak'at do we have to make at night. I thought it was 11 : 4 4 2 1 , according to a hadith of Aisha r.a
But Omar Soleiman in thus video speaks about pushing oneself to do more, and I heard that we can pray till 20.
Just as the 2 rak'at before fajr. I thought we could not pray after witr. It was the last prayer.

*Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Allah said, 'All the deeds of Adam's sons (people) are for them, except fasting which is for Me, and I will give the reward for it.'* *Fasting is a shield or protection from the fire and from committing sins. If one of you is fasting, he should avoid sexual relation with his wife and quarreling, and if somebody should fight or quarrel with him, he should say, 'I am fasting.'*
*By Him in Whose Hands my soul is' The unpleasant smell coming out from the mouth of a fasting person is better in the sight of Allah than the smell of musk.* *There are two pleasures for the fasting person, one at the time of breaking his fast, and the other at the time when he will meet his Lord; then he will be pleased because of his fasting."*
