The Isle of Wight Coastal Path is a 70 mile trail around a beautiful island off England's southern coast. A mostly rural island with a rich history we explore the third section of this trail from Totland to Brighstone

Brought back good memory's for me this episode. From the opposite direction I walked the same route from Shanklin to the needles, and back.. Mostly along the beach where I could. Shocking to see how much coastal erosion there is, far worse than I remember.. Like you, had the beaches all to my self 90% of the time. Then had a boat tour around the needles whilst taking in the superb coloured cliffs.. Kai was in her elements on the open beaches 😁 as always a great video and very well researched and narrated 👍 takecare Cj 🤗
It's amazing how fast those cliffs are receding; my parents may end up with coastal property in 50 years...lol
Wow, that erosion it brutal, looks like that road wont be on land for much longer the way the waves batter the cliffs. What a beautiful place for some solitude.
They monitor it constantly. It occasionally gets shut if there are any concerns, but yeah there is a lot that will have to be moved inland eventually
awh kai looked like she was having a fab time there at that beach. looked like you could have been anywhere at that place cj. and no road walking 👍
Yeah, it's a great beach...nice to have the option to do the cliff or beach along that section if you watch the tides.
