This is a message I truly needed. It made me subscribe. I have seen many lions including My own dad was a lion but when he decided to change it was to late. He had not lost everything but the most important thing. A family. It is time for me to change

He clearly knows nothing about Lions, Lions do not have anger issues at all..they have rough lives (especially the male lions). Still...powerful & insightful message and worth a listen. Well done 👏
He has a major point. He speaks another language so anger for him could mean in America AGGRESSION. It is true that people who are constantly combative and aggressive (angry) live shorter lives. On top of the fact that lions are Carnivors and most Carnivors live short lives as well, including humans. Vegetarian in the animal and human species live longer on vegetation. His points are value and scientific.

@@EchoRhythmMusic I didn’t miss the point. His point is that anger, aggression and constant conflict repetitively causes disease. That’s was his point. The main comment above a point is that lions don’t have anger issues. The aggression of the animal mimics anger, so they don’t live as long on top of other factors. Trust I get the points very well.

I had a stroke and the moment I had it I was enraged over someone who was bothering my family. I have learned so much about anger and how it can literally shorten your life.

Its about perspective. This man is making valid points but most would agree that the Lions' shorter life as a king and leader of his pride is better than a slow 200 yrs hiding in a shell. Also, the Most High chooses who is a turtle or a lion or a king. Must make the best with the cards one is dealt. There is a saying that its better to live one day as a lion than a lifetime as a mouse.

I get the message you're trying to pass, but adult male lions don't live long because they spend half their adult life defending their pride, females and their bloodline. On average lions rule over a pride for about two years. After that they're either killed or chased away by other lions. In captivity they can live up to 20yrs

Thank you so much, I'm trying to deal with my rage. I think once I can get out of this environment that will help.
When you truly know what the nth point is of rage is you won't even want it anymore, it destroys everything and you're left with nothing. You'll still feel the impulse when you're provoked and or overwhelmed by circumstances, tired or in pain, but you won't instantly express it, you'll articulate it after processing it not before, you shouldn't bottle anything up either but release it when you want to, not when your body (dna, ancestors) want you to, and don't smash the bottle.

Yes and No! Rage/Anger is a spirit. If you don't defeat it in the antagonizing environment you are in now, it will just simply follow you....and become increasingly worse.
I just want to save you time and future challenges.
The reason we are in these environments is to practice on how to control our anger. We must control our anger in any environment, we are the ones that need help not the environment. We fix the environment by controlling ourselves.😊😌🕊️
