  • This video shows how to use the Bridge tool to repair models that are missing data on the paremeter. It is ALWAYS best to get a new impression to capture this data, but not always possible. This will hopefully help to fill in the gaps at times where absolute precision isn't imperative.

A nice video! We can reduce errors in bridging if we remesh the selected areas before executing the bridge function.

Thanks for this. I'm no dentist but this was still really helpful for closing a gap in a model I was printing.

My inspector tool won't recognize the space created by the bridge as a hole. Is there something I can do to remedy this issue? thank you great video!!

Sadly, that happens sometimes. Particularly with small holes and thin bridges. You can try transforming and stretching the bridge. Or remeshing the border of the hole. MIGHT work.

What's the 3d intra oral scanner you use?

I use the Carestream CS3600 for Digital Ortho, Guided Surgery, Occlusal Guards, etc. I use my CEREC Invoice for most restorative.
