Brave of you to assume American airsofters know anything about adjusting their guns. All they know is "Out of the box" guns.
The Auto 9 is just a Berretta 93R with a custom fore end and compensator. As others have pointed out, the gun is Robocop's signature weapon. They were going to use a Desert Eagle for Robocop, but all of RoboCop's extra bulky armor made the Desert Eagle look relatively small in comparison. Therefore, they sought out the modified Beretta 93R.
I was just going to say the same thing! 😂😂! That pistol looked just like the gun in the original robocop! Not the new remake but the original one!!

#1 is due to licensing. Tokyo Marui doesn’t care about having licenses to copy trademarks. That’s because it’s not a problem in Japanese law. The product is an HK pistol and they are very focused on their trade marks being used without a license. Same with Glock.
This guy genuinely knows nothing about airsoft. Tokyo Marui not having licensing is common knowledge.
Partially true... thing is .. the trademark thing in airsoft only applies to Europe & NA. This makes it a bitch to be a retailer in Europe as you can get in legal trouble by selling guns like TM Mk23, Beretta, 1911, Glock and so on... also many licensed guns are extra expensive due to the extra cost of licensing. In Asia, SA & Africa noone gives a fuck about copyright and western lawyers have no power there.

The AAP01C you have to turn the HOP UP on Wag, they come from factory all the way off just like the regular AAP01

Why buy Robocop‘s gun when you don‘t know who Robocop is?
The first one is based on an extremely famous Heckler & Koch (H&K) pistol known as the P7
It was made in the P7M8, P7M13, and the P7M10 (.40 cal)
It was also made in a PSP version, which was the predecessor
The real gun is extremely accurate, and known as a tack driver

For those curious, the Farsan-1 pistol is actually the Thompson Center Contender Break Action Single Shot Pistol and was sold at a Rock Island Auction (where I got the name from). It is known more for having multiple ammunition types by changing the barrel. The weight of the trigger can also be changed actually
The contender shot pistol ammo and the Thompson Encore shot rifle cartridges. Lance Henriksen used one in the movie Hard Target with Jean-Claude Van Damme.

@@cruejones742 Actually they made .50 S&W and .454 Casull Encore barrels, those two and a .410 barrel I know for sure because my Dad has one and used the .454 to bag the biggest buck shot by pistol in MI that year

The AAP01 wasn’t working because the hop up was set too far and you need to adjust it. Its a common problem with these guns but they shoot great once you adjust that
not a problem but a manufacturer choice, not sure why they do this but the manual shows its intentional
The auto 9 is from robocop. Always wanted one
Pretty expensive nowadays, saw someone at a swap meet selling one for around $500. Felt nice in the hand though. I’d probably recommend you get a 3d printed kit for an M9 though.

Depends on the model. As far as I’m aware of, there’s only one manufacturer of official ones, and the Auto-9 is now discontinued by them. It’s possible there is an unofficial company that makes EU exclusive models, so you may be referring to those. Airsofters in America got the shaft due to licensing laws and import restrictions, which is why TM stuff is ludicrously expensive here. Our fields are also pretty mediocre by EU standards.

The Farsan 1 shot pistol was used in the Jean Claude Van Damme classic 90's film Hard Target, and was used by the legendary Lance Hendrickson as a hunter of homeless people who believed that only 1 shot was needed to take down a quarry.

For app1 there is a setting for how big a ball you can put inside. When it's brand new they leave it with an open tube and that's why the ball falls
you need to turn the hop up on enough to keep a BB in the bucking for the AAP01

Anything TM is imported by 3rd parties and they probably removed the trademarks.

Back in the 90's i had a TM H&K P7 M13 springer. For the time it was a fun plinker pistol. The areas blanked out on this one is where KECKLER & KOCH and their logo would be. I guess H&K said 'nope' and TM had to remove the markings

The reason that the details on the p7m were blurred out is because yes, they did not have the listened for the replication of the gun, which in name, is the Heckler and Koch VP9

The first gun, the P7M13 is made by H&K. It was most famous for being Hans Gruber’s gun in Die Hard. Played by the late Alan Rickman.
it's also well known for being used for competitive shooting, at least in the 90's, there's better options now and the scene has moved on from it, but it wasn't uncommon to see multiple p7s modified with long slides and compensators used in a comp.

Japanese law allows them to use the HK logo and trademark as an airsoft gun isn't going to damage the producers of a real firearm.
However us customs view it as a illegal use of a trademark

The Tokyo Marui P7M13 is based off of the H&K P7. They probably had the H&K logo on there and got into some heat with them so they removed it via melting the plastic
I have the WG Sport 733 but in 4.5, so its an airgun which shoots more dang fast than airsoft one and it could kill small birds if you could aim with it
Tokyo marui never had any license for anything so....yeah, sometimes for import, they use a soldering iron to erase the markings .

The aap01 was my first ever Airsoft gun, I got it 2 or 3 years ago and still is in mint condition
the aap 01 comes stock with the hop up all the way down causing the feeding issue you were having, just turn it up a bit😁
For the auto 9 you can buy the ksc burst kit and install it under the right grip and turn it into burst
for aap01c you need to turn on the hop up by taking off the top and turning the gear on the upper

The aap-01 and 01c come with the hop up off from the factory. You have to adjust it yourself.

If you would read the paper that says read me when you open the box it tells you that the hop up is set at zero on the AAP-01
The Auto-9 is the gun from Robocop, hence the police markings. The one is the film was a modified Beretta 93R which is why it has the three round burst function.
Always love watching videos like this. Even though in my country it’s pretty much illegal to have airsoft weapons unless you actually officially part of an air soft club and have a permit, it’s nearly as strict as for normal firearms lol, I’ll stick to archery.

They put metal weights inside the mags to make it feel heavier I’ve had hundreds of air soft guns and have taken apart a lot too I see a lot of vids where people say the mags feel high quality bc of the weight but it’s really just a solid piece of metal suspended in the plastic to give it more weight

Someone might have said this already, but the first gun was a clone of the HK P7. The front grip was how the gun was cocked. It was rather revolutionary. You grab the grip and it cocks the gun ready to fire.
