Who is the biggest paragon in your life?!
In my private life my grandparents. Professionally Floor Jansen.
Being a bit older, 65, I have had so many ups and downs over the years. The downs were unbearable at times...depression and being and alcoholic were the black times. I hid it well except from my father, but he was not judgemental, he just asked me to get help. It took me a few years of trying to beat it by myself...which didn't work. I finally decided that enough was enough, and I am now 23 years, 7 months and 7 days clean and sober.
As for my biggest influence in my life....for my artwork....it's my paternal Aunt. I learned so much from her, as most summers I spent time learning from her, and sometimes I can still hear her talking to me...giving me words of wisdom.
Then, there is my 89 year old mother. She's always inspired me to be my best. And of course my late father! I miss him so much!
Love the song. It’s so uplifting! This is going to be my theme song this year. She def is my paragon! Love the video and as always stunning vocals ❤

I hit rock bottom 10 years ago and I'm still working to recover from that.
Sometimes it seems I'll never get to where I want to be, but one of the biggest life lessons I've learned is to stop and look back at what you've already accomplished.
To see Floor teach the world that same life lesson is very special.
This evening Floor was in a Dutch tv show, Beau, where she was interviewed and she sang an acoustic version of the song, just voice and guitar. And a vinyl album was shown, Friday available. Floor put a video of the performance on her channel. I guess now she has to hurry to get to Japan.
This album will heal the world,... if you let it ❤!!!!

This song is really radio-friendly and it should be picked up by radio broadcasters. The vibe of music and how it was put together is only there to highlight Floor´s vocals and lyrics, in my opinion. If you want another motivational song, I would try: Nemophila - Adabana ; partly in English and partly in Japanese
To me, it sounds like the vaguely inspirational background music you hear in corporate promotional videos.

Floor sings as she can but music itself is not for my taste, I am more for harder stuff. I think I won´t buy her album but I do hope she sells well!
