In fact, reputed builder like Assetz, Shoba etc., will not show the flat till full payment, completion of project etc. They will show only sample flat. If you want to do due diligence within the project, you will not able to get any information from any builder/project. You can do only outside due diligence relating to area only. Any how, Sir, yours is a useful information.

I am expecting political turmoil in Telangana State, it will adversely affect the growth and image of Hyderabad. If TDP wins the elections in AP, some industries will be shifted to AP.. If Jagan wins elections, it does not make much impact on the developments in Hyderabad.
