That ghost tube sls figure was absolutely amazing! It seemed to be looking at the rim pod which made it even more creepy n then both lights went out.
Locomotive's were generally steam or coal powered, while trains are powered by engines and rails are electric

I’d never thought about this before, but you’re so right! There must be a fair few steam engines/carriages around the world that would have some residual energy; even if only some of the mechanics that put so much time, energy and love into their work.
The train is the locomotive and all the cars. The locomotive is the engine car.

Either it was too obviously dead, or it is actually a piece of insulation or seal, or something decaying which is falling out of place and bunching up into a rough snake shape.

@9:49 A locomotive is the lead car in a train. It pulls the other cars behind it. It's the "engine" car of the train.
Train refers to the entire series of connected train cars.

"Don't cut yourself or fall", like saying so would keep him from doing it, as if he gets hurt on purpose. Just a thought, the historic Mary Valley Rattler in gympie is reported to be very haunted. Come up here and investigate that one.

@@AmysCrypt the figure caught by the sls is consistent with the location or spot where you got so many ghost tube responses. So it's possible. Interesting... And you got names so.. hmm? 🙂
Great relevant responses from Ghost Tube, and the image on the SLS was very interesting, especially with the light dimming as it disappeared. I think the Free Mason building had the spookier vibes, but that's just my opinion. Both investigations were great. Your content NEVER disappoints. Much love, Amy, and take care!

Aloha Amy & Jarrad! At 8:30, you say; "The 1st abandoned locomotive is right here", and silhouetted in one of those windows looks like a shadow of man sitting in profile? Then the box says "behind you"(and indeed that shadowy profile was).😱 Very creepy place!
Just did a trip following the old Ghan railway. Marree was a stop along this line. The current station isn’t the original one. The original was wooden and burnt down in the 1950’s. The current one was built soon after. Sidney Kidman passed through there as well and stayed at the hotel there often. Lots of history, lots of energy still around.
When you was doing the ghost tube on the platform it gave me chills when it said ruth. That was my mom's name

I noticed at 8:56 Amy that when you were talking about birds or bats in the trees, a light "Behind you" which the Ghosttube said turned on and Jarryd was pointing the camera right at it, but didn't notice it. But not long after he noticed it turn off. Thought you might be interested.

Love this place. Never been scared in Marree. Hung out on those old train engines. The grave yard or the old camel camp would have gotten some hits too. Thanks for the vid Amy.
Just wat hing tonights video live it so far. The difference between a locomotive / train is the locomotive ia the engine car the power part where technicians run the train which are consists of rider cars or transportation of supplies or products. Keep up your great work love ALL your content very entertaining as well as informative.

That sls figure on the platform and the light going out was phantastic! no seriously, that appeared like a spirit trying to investigate the camera and the sls was just picking up parts of it's form.

I've been to a ghost railway station,
the atmosphere there seems sad, happy & thick with paranormal sounds. Whether it's residual energy or something real it does make the hair stand up at the back of the neck,

19:17 Light near the Rem Pod grows increasingly brighter before & as SLS picks up figure, then goes almost completely out exactly when SLS figure disappears. Speculation anyone?

Ahhh yes! This investigation may go down as ANOTHER of my favorites. Combining my interest in trains and the paranormal...double the pleasure! I remember the other rail station you guys checked out, in 2019, forget the name but that was super cool also :) That locomotive @1:15 literally standing in the middle of nowhere (like the town)..creepy enough! Yes, major creeps going on inside! I'm sure you've seen the footage @19:35...very interesting!! BTW a locomotive is the front car of a train which has the engine driver etc. So yep that's where you were :) This was a freaking thrill. You two are the absolute best. Love the lighthearted snippets...i.e. Jarrad getting a wee bit dirty, and not even knowing the song reference? Think Gladys Knight and the Pips!!

Have you ever thought of doing some of the old railway stations in the mid north area? Not sure if they are haunted but would be interesting to visit. I've visited Tarlee which is accessible and abandoned. Manoora and Mintaro (Merildin) are run down and accessible buildings I've heard. Might be some ghosts lurking.
I also read an article from Allen Tiller regarding the old Saddleworth train station. It has since been bulldozed but people reckon they saw glowing lights coming from the station but on closer inspection no one there
