No Oven Custard Bread So Easy To Make

- How to make Custard Bread without oven.
Here's what you'll need:
DOUGH:
3/4 cup milk (180ml)
2 eggs
2 tsp instant yeast (6g)
3 tbsp sugar (45g)
3 cups all purpose flour (375g)
1 tsp salt (4g)
1/4 cup unsalted butter (55g)
CUSTARD FILLING:
2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk (200g)
4 egg yolks
1 cup evaporated milk (250ml)
1 tbsp cornstarch (10g)
1 tsp vanilla (5ml)
Oil for frying
Sugar for coating
You can bake this too at 180C/350F for 15-20 minutes.

Please come back to let us know how they turned out baked. Every time I try to fry doughs I've never been successful. Knowing how much oil and at what temp the oil should be would be so helpful but I haven't come across any recipes giving that info so in the oven is my best option. Thanks in advance...
