- Sigurd was a legendary Viking who met a tragic end. After numerous battles and victories, Sigurd fell victim to his own arrogance. The Viking tied the head of an enemy to the saddle of his horse, but the teeth of the deceased wounded him, leading to his death from an infection.

We know he isn't getting into Valhalla.
Helheim doesn't want him either.
@@chrissyemert8781 there is no such thing as helheim
Sigurd had it coming
This is why you don’t take a victory lap 🤷♀️ especially an undeserved one
1:10 Jimmy Nuetron was never the same after the show got cancelled
Hela will be having more than words with him.
Woah... I love Vikings ❤ so genuine and rough
I wanna see Brunhilde the Valkyrie
I wanna see Brunhild the ruthless queen
I wanna see Brewhaha... the laughing beer
I think this was on the show 1000 Ways to Die
It was.
I remember this story.
This sounds like a story that started small and grew up into the version we know and love today.
So….. he ended in Helheim and he’s currently waiting for revenge when the call for Ragnarok arrives, right?
Great story 😮😢
A great story I love it more awosmee
The level of badass you gotta be to not mind the teeth of the rotting skull you attached casually hitting your leg repeatedly 😂
So moral of the story is when you destroy your enemies. Bury them, put it at rest. Doesn’t matter if you fight fair or cheat. When something is finished it’s finished. There are no trophies in the afterlife.
Interesting take.
Though, I do agree: no trophies in death. No moral victory when you're snuffed out of existence.
Northern men need to take it back
Northern men need to take it back
This is one of the interesting stories I have ever known thank you for this hard work
❤🤍💙 all your videos mate👍
That's why you always fight with honor ⚔️
Do you plan on making a video of Ares protecting his daughter in the future?
Cambyses died similarly by his own sword.
There was no honor in his word, nor in his gloating, and his own arrogance was his undoing.
I straight up thought of Zeke from AoT looking at that thumbnail
In the end he was sigurd the puny
I really like Vikings/Nordics History & Movies same goes with Victorian Era❤
In many mythos dishonor always leads to fall. Unless you're lucky to earn the respect of a deity like how Odysseus did with Athena.
With a bit of creative liberty, this could be a nice patient zero for a viking zombie apocalypse (similar to Kingdom)
I've heard about his death on Be Amazed he leid about bring 40 of his men to battle by add 30 more and he get what it had coming to him
"This viking's name was Sigurd the Mighty." - Do you have _any_ idea how little that narrows it down? 😂
Battlefield were old farm land and dead soldiers were fertilation
Sepsis too op.
Taken out by the bucktooth!
