You could make a whole story about a break up gone horribly wrong from that 'the rain/Lorraine' thing.
First you split because she was manipulative and kept lying to you, but 'I can see clearly now Lorraine has gone'. Then she goes all bunny boiler and starts to stalk you - 'Here comes Lorraine again', 'I can't stand Lorraine, against my window!' In the end you can't take it any more and snap in a horrific way ('I set fire to Lorraine!'), and you're finally free ('Lorraine can't hurt me now').
Admittedly there's probably a few more steps required between the second and third, and possibly a final consequence one at the end.

I don't know if I'd feel bad for your neighbors, that they'd get kept up every night by your laughter, or jealous of them and the free concerts they'd get from the two of you every day!

There is a sequel to the book Carrie recommended! Off The Page is soooo good and the illustrations are beautiful (in both books) and you have to read them! Also love the name of your channel

Carrie NEEDS to read The Great Good Thing by Rodrick Townley. It's about characters in a book actually having lives of their own and is essentially the same concept as her recommendation. It was one of my absolute favorite books growing up and it's done so well.

Jodi Picoult (it's said more frenchly like pee-co) is amazing. I went to a book signing of hers in London in November and she was amazing. My favourite book of hers is 19 minutes. Bery dark but super interesting. They've just released a sequel to Off the Page, called between the lines, and I'm pretty sure she said they were working on a musical version of it too for schools.
Also potential flat mate issues, what if you both had to make a video at the same time, you'd just be able to hear eachother and that could get annoying. The singing thing is only annoying when you aren't a singing flatmate because then you just have to tolerate random dramatic duets from the other room.
If you destroyed the books though you could still listen to the audio books! Different yes, but at least you wouldn't be without them.

Oh god my current housemate and I have so many mugs between us. Our house and especially the kitchen is small and we can always tell when the other one is doing the dishes because all that can be heard is 'WHY THE ACTUAL F**K DO WE OWN SO MANY GODDAMN MUGS?!' Haha!

Every single thing you've said applies to myself and Fiona so I can confirm that you would end up with far too much tea and little to no sleep. We schemed til 2 last night.
I do also play the word changing song game but with my own name and if she sings along I know I've won.
I feel like the amount of tea you two drink would be a bad thing because you would run out of all the stuff quicker and then go insane when it 2am you've been laughing at low budget beasts all night and you just really want a cup of tea!

I don't see why you should have to give up any of your books. If one of you got rid of books you have duplicates of, when you eventually moved to live in different places, who would get to keep the one copy you still have??
There is no such thing as too many books, nor too many bookshelves. My opinion may be somewhat biased due to the fact that I grew up in a house where every single available wall in every single room is lined with bookshelves (except for the one wall of my bedroom I decided to rebel and cover with art, leaving space for only two or three bookcases in the rest of my room). So I was raised in a place that made me think walls existed more for the purpose of providing space for bookshelves than for the trivial purpose of holding up the roof.
If you have enough walls, you have room for your books. And if you don't have enough walls, new ones can easily be created with a row of bookshelves in the middle of a room to split it in two.

I have a bit of a random question that led me to google. Well I don't if you've heard of the saying "Good day Mr Magpie how are your children" being something you say when you see a magpie by its self as you salute it. Well, that saying is a bit strange because you can obviously get both male and female magpies and also what I found after googling to double check if you could get female magpies but up to 60% of magpies don't breed so where does the saying come from and what's going on with it because quite frankly I think the magpies could get offended!!
Okay, so, something else that is pretty awkward About the lyrics of little Fall of rain. At Some point Eponine sings: comfort me, but in the beginning I always used to hear: come fuck me. I really can't un-hear it.
