Hi Kat! Thanks for your amazing videos with such helpful tips! I am terrified to begin and I want to offer pre-booking to allow me to account for material. Considering the perishable nature of flowers and the complete lack of experience with figuring out how much I need to buy, I think I would feel safer to start in this manner. Can you suggest the pre-booking time frame? A week out?
One of the BEST things about running a flower business is that nothing has to be forever. So, start with one week and if you need to change it, you get to change it. Every day there is a whole new group of customers just finding out about your business and they have no idea what you did (or didn't do) last week so don't feel like anything has to be perfect and JUST START! Your future self will be so grateful you did. 🥰
