I think the chase team needs a penalty everytime they reset their car, most of the time they are too reckless, something like 30 to 50 seconds stopped at the gas station, or restarting the chase from a specific part of the map.
sorry i’m late to this comment but i partly agree. i think sometimes it’s too easy for them to just full send their cars when he has to slow down to turn and such. Although, at the same time even with the hunters’ advantage they still usually have trouble catching him. I believe this is what makes it a little more interesting to watch considering if they were always on the other side of the map repairing it wouldn’t be much of a video.
(im replying to an old comment, i know)it's fine as is. he wins some, he loses some. his advantage is that they are chasing and have to react to him, whereas the hunters can just straight up send their vehicles. however, this puts them into the habit of going for 200 mph rams which usually end up with mighty just juking them. also, 10 seconds is quite a while in the chase; if he's on the freeway he could be several miles away before they even reset, and then they have to get back in the action. by the time they catch up, it's likely been at least a minute. at the end of the day, the goal is to make this as much a visual spectacle as possible. more cars chasing is more exciting, so adding more time between spawns would just make it more about trying to make the new meta to just try and get the hunters to crash and then just eating parked in some outskirt of the map while they all try and coordinate what to do next. hide and seek is a decent idea for a video series of its own, but that's not what carhunt is about. (i will say though, some of the most interesting gaming content i've seen is a version of car hide-and-seek where the fugitive can disguise themselves as and hide in traffic)
Unfortunately, by adding more people the game can become laggy and server connection unstable. It is the cost of having very realistic physics for every car.

Should have used the helicopter differently, like different position and higher altitude, as you noticed it was giving away your position..but..then again its kinda more interesting this way, I think you could possibly dodge for a very long time with the helicopter following them instead of you.

Oh, if i'm on the topic of that, I have a idea "BeamNG Carhunt, But I Get Weaponised Air Support" So i don't remember the mods name, but there's a mod that contains a drone, or a heli with a literal Machine Gun attached to it It would be *great* if you got that mod and used it in your next video. And if that would actually happend Here's some simple rules that should be The drone would be able to shoot with it's MG for 5 seconds, there is a 60 second cooldown, so it won't be abuse too much So what i think would happen is: If the MG manages to hit the vehicle; -The vehicle will be destroyed, and needs to be repaired, letting CM have higher chances of survival -The vehicle would try to avoid getting shot, which would lead to a crash. It's not 100% guaranteed though. *I hope this suggestion will be added, please like the comment so CM will see it!*

I was watching this video with my deaf friend and he was complaining that sometimes captions write music and I found out that when the videos music is too loud it can't auto caption nicely. Please take a look at this little problem. Amazing content btw, keep it up!
I should have said this long ago. When this series with NG started to gain traction. You’ve taken beam-NGs unlimited potential. And found a fun and super entertaining game mode that you’ve thought up yourself. and turned it into great gaming content. i would have loved to do something like this myself but lacked the friends and time to do so. Theres so many other senarios you could do with Beam-NG i look forward to more crazy chases in beam-NG with its ultra-realistic physics. It would be great to know that all your work information and data. is also going towards the developers so they can continue to fine tune this amazing simulation.
Best chase so far in my opinion. You should plan out key words ahead of time with the chopper pilot to save time on explanations as well as layout some diversion tactics
Holy cow, even having to attempt 5-10 takes, the fact that you get even one take with little to no axle/wheel damage from going over all those curbs, street jumps, and offroad is amazing. And out of all your tricky turns and evasion, the one at 22:00 takes the cake. I don't think I've ever seen ... what, a 3-point bootlegger/J-turn?

I love it when I just can't get my eyes axay from the screen. Just watching you driving in this game is thrilling. Imho, you wouldn't even have to make any cut, the driving is so intense, my attention doesn't need to be helped.
