Lionheart is a platform game for the Amiga developed and self-published by German video game developer Thalion Software in 1993. Using a fantasy motif, the game takes place in the land of the Cat People, a race of feline humanoids, who are threatened by the evil Norka. The player assumes control of Valdyn, an outlaw swordsman who is also known as "Lionheart". Players have to fight their way through 14 levels filled with monsters and environmental hazards. Most of the gameplay is melee combat and precision platforming.

What a beautiful game. Love the art.
A 500 push to the best by thalion software. This game is technically really impressive! Beautiful, inspired, level design top notch, complex animation, music and SFX, graphics effect. Big up!
Amiga pixel art at its finest. And killer longplay btw.
This Game is Legend and pure Art, nothing else to say
I believe, i still have the playable demo version of LIONHEART for my Amiga 500.
And it's on the cover disk from
THE ONE FOR AMIGA magazine.
It's like a fantasy version of
SHADOW OF THE BEAST.
😺👍🕹️
It's a masterpiece. Thank you for sharing.

Great stuff! Makes me nostalgic.
Amiga perfection!!!
had to ask around on facebook amiga group that someone reminds me of the name, all i knew is that the hero looks like heman and the game is super colorful with a lot of green, gonna be the first game i play on my amiga500 mini when it reaches in a few days.
This is something you'd expect to see on the SNES.
First Nice artwork this game has
Agreed!
final level of the 500r
Huh. An Amiga 500 game that has both sound AND sound effects. It feels like most games have to choose between one and the other.
Man I just can't deal with Amiga platformers... The cutesy shading, overanimation and stiff mechanics... There's Turrican and Ruff 'n' Tumble and that's about it, the rest didn't age well
Prehistorik/Prehistoric rocks even today.
There were many really good platformers. Lionhearted yeah he looks funny running …
I found it thoroughly enjoyable in the day and finished it many times over, I still think it's great today and incredibly well drawn.
And let's not forget the technical acheivement also the limitation of 1MB.
Why is there the demo between two longplays, first with bad ending and second with good one?
The demolevel is one not found in the final game!
I bought it. But somehow i found it to be boring
Not the most fun packed platformer on the Amiga. I still bought it and completed it back then, eventually managing to get the good ending
