Honestly they probably give him a lot more creative freedom than he'd get at a restaurant. He doesn't have to worry about pleasing customers, instead he can do things like making absurdly overpriced filet o fish and pig uterus chili.
Working as a mythical chef is the perfect opportunity to work with lots of strange and pricey ingredients. I’m sure Josh has a ton of experience, but he probably gets a lot more creative and unique experience making dishes for Rhett and Link.
Rhett’s jokes in this episode went way too under appreciated 😂
