  • 10 minute recipe to cook this Taiwanese Street Food Omelet.
    Ingredients:
    For one portion:
    Plain Flour 20g
    Potato Starch 10g
    Water 70ml
    A pinch of salt
    Some Spring Onion Chopped
    A drizzle of oil
    Sweet and chilli sauce (optional)
    Method:
    1. Mix plain flour, potato starch, water, salt and spring onions together.
    2. Warm up the pan, add oil, add a portion of batter and cook until its translucent using medium heat.
    3. Add uncooked egg on top.
    4. Turn it over and fry for 30 seconds
    5. Turn it over again and roll it up
    6. Drizzle with sweet and chilli sauce and serve.
