Seems super mature and disciplined for his age. Albeit north is really struggling right now, Sheezel looks to be a promising leader in the years to come. Great piece Dwayne.
I don't, not after listening to Alastair Clarkson today. Even Alastair has no solution for North. North are the worst training side in the AFL, they are still training to learn how to learn to play the game, while other teams are beyond that and are specialising in their skill sets. Sheezel needs others to come in and assist him in getting North back on track. It's mind blowing how low North are, I feel sad for the fans to be honest. I also blame the AFL, they should have grabbed a hold of North a long time ago and taken control, now it's a dumpster fire.
I’m a dons fan, but the second I heard him speak in this vid I thought, “he should be in their leadership group” and he immediately said he was. This man sounds so confident, smart and exudes so much leader energy. This guy deserves more success than north is giving him. At this rate he will personally create success for north before north gets successful
Sheezel speaks very well and seems a very modest and talented young man who could make a great captain for North in the near future! Great positive player!!!👏🏼
When will all the other blokes in his team take the lead from Sheezel's clear committment to training systematically and well? No surprise it translates to consistently good footy.
Very bright and would be great to know if the team shares this so they can be in tune with each others goals and help each other get there as a unit in the end
There is an apparent lack of desperation and willingness to give every game absolutely everything. Strength comes over time, but is up to the coaching staff to ensure that is expedited through a strict training regime. Before the season we were told that fitness levels had greatly increased on last season, but I haven't seen it. That is inexcusable. Clarko and his team have to accept some responsibility for some of the obvious shortcomings.
Keep it Harry doing well.all problems ain't your fault.it all stems from previous management bad moves.u don't have to stand up for north.there board should be doing this
A club and team that doesn't listen to criticism and advice is going nowhere. North Melbourne should be listening to it all, ticking off boxes until they are confident none of it no longer applies. That is how you improve, that is how you find perfection. Not by living in an echo chamber of people telling you, you're wonderful.
I don't have any hope for North, not after listening to Alastair Clarkson today. Even Alastair has no solution for North. The assistance package North got was tokenism and of very little benefit. Supporters from other clubs made a big deal about it, but getting priority picks that fall into the mid 20s at best when all for bar one of those have to be traded is unlikely to land any quality players in a trade. Out of the players they brought in with those, only Logue is decent, but he did his ACL. Tucker, Fisher and Stephens are just not good enough, which is why their clubs were happy to let them go.
Wayne Carey's team was a formed unit from the old under 19's anyone like me that watched them, especially the night games knew they all were going to be amazing at AFL, because we'd already seen it.

Give this bloke the keys to arden street

Has taken on such a great responsibility at our club at such a young age. I hope he gets the success at North he deserves.
More chance of north folding or being relocated.

Sheezel is just so impressive. A rare bright light at the moment as a North fan.
Common Sheezel W
He is wise Beyond his years, crazy talent!
Youngest team in the comp. The media vultures just need to give them a break. I mean most of them are teenagers or early 20's. They're boys ffs
Bro should be North captain immediately
Need more from our senior players our young guys have been good this season.
As a cicada i can confirm sleeping is good.

I'm glad to see the back of Horne-Francis so this kid could come to the club. Massive margin in character in favour of Harry!
Sheezel is as important as nick riewoldt. He is going to singlehandeldy drag this club out of its slump
We have been HOODwinked - the President must leave !!!!!
Seems like a leader, mature, organised, and he’d be very strategic
Simpkin should hand this guy the keys
I think Dawson in the side could be a tipping point for being more competitive.
Which one?
Dawson is not leaving SA man
Very bright and would be great to know if the team shares this so they can be in tune with each others goals and help each other get there as a unit in the end
Great stuff!
He sounds like my mum with the health and breath work stuff 😂 keep up the good work sneezel.
At least he recognises that the players need to get stronger at demanding more from each other. Its just too nice down at Arden street.

Yeah , North need to get up from their losing culture to a move to Tassie culture .

I’ve had Sheezels . They’re snacks aren’t they ?

North Melbourne is more than their high young draft picks, it's the other players that hold North's fate in the balance.
Please drop old macdonald
Don't bother with this chat, Harry. It only ends badly. You sound like a star ✨ keep it up with the actions.

Will be our next captain but probably a bit too young. Carey was 22 but that team was ready to go.
Wayne Carey's team was a formed unit from the old under 19's anyone like me that watched them, especially the night games knew they all were going to be amazing at AFL, because we'd already seen it.
King
Man talks a lot how about your team shows some heart and effort on the field. Weak as piss
Come to the Bombers and win some games
He will want to win some finals too though.
Brad Scott most probably wouldn't play him anyway he didn't play the young guys at North he likes the older players like Goldy
But no finals
He probably wants to win a final before he’s retired. Why would he go to the dons 😂
Go from 2 wins a season to 4...why bother.
Such a good player and person it is a shame he is stuck at norf
Watch in a year or two and see how lucky he went to North
Zzzzzz
