season finale was insanely mind blowing, i want bill to win an emmy for directing!! he deserves it
This show better clean the house at the Emmys. Seriously, I've never seen a better mix of acting, writing and directing. This show is something else.
When he sees Albert for the first time he should’ve won an Emmy for that scene alone. Him crying and shaking I’ve never seen Bill act that good tbh. This season was really weird. Especially the whole Hank escape.
That final shot with the muffled "freeze" was so creative and powerful
Frrr
totallyyyy. yes.
1:13 kinda like "what", like less "whoa", more like "uhuh"
Me: laughing remembering Vanessa Bayer scene
Good catch!
Yeah!
Same😂😂😂😂
LOL same
EXACTLY! I understood from where they brought that dialog... I think the idea came from Bill 😅
I don't know about you guys, but I think Bill is ready to write and direct a full feature movie. If he has something, I hope a studio will give him money to make it.
right i hope so barry is fantastic my fav show along with archer
Dude he's going to make a dozen awesome features. You just watch. He was born to do this
@dielaughing73 he is seriously one of the most talented people in the industry
This is currently the best thing on TV and the chase sequence when Barry is driving in the middle of the cars just the sound effects made my heart skip a beat.
I love BARRY with all my heart but I think most people would agree that Better Call Saul is the best show on TV right now
@@BrySmi I believe Barry will call Saul in at least one crossover episode
YES
Sound effects reminded me a lot of MI: Fallout. When Ilsa rides a Triumph between pillars, zgzgzgzgzgzgzgzg sound effect 😂
@@toddjefferson8761 Why compare 2 great shows? Both are excellent.
this season was FIRE. WHY DOES THIS SHOW FEEL UNDERRATED? I truly DID feel like I was having a panic attack watching that finale... thanks so much Bill Hader.
I have like one other person I know who watches Barry. It isn’t underrated, but it’s insanely overlooked..
I don’t get it. It’s an 11/10 for me.
HBO doesn't really support smaller shows like this for some reason. Like they don't even have any pr or marketing associated with the show. Everyone I know that watches Barry found out about it through word of mouth and youtube clips.
At least they didn't drop it after the second season like they did with Raised By Wolves
This whole season is incredible
You're my buddy, you're my friend.
I was singing that for a week.
I genuinely believe this is the best thing on television, Bill Hader's direction and writing are some of the finest I've ever seen. Cannot wait for season 4.
What do you thinks going to happen?
Better Call Saul and The Boy exists
@@rainfall2880better call saul has ended, so i think that discounts it from what the comment is saying, the boys is another great show that is still running though
Dear Bill Hader, now we need you to write, direct, and star in a feature film. Make it 3.5-hour long. Thank you in advance.
What made Barry a hit series is his ability to delivery so many in a very little time... do you think that If he produced long film will be good or full of unnecessary stuff?
@@OthMar39 Well, each season is four hours. Probably a similar process to making a film of that length.
YES 🔥
Kudos to the brave stunt people putting their literal lives on the line just for our entertainment
I watched Barry with earphone and applauded the sound engineers. Sound effects are very interesting. Especially wind noise and gun noise.
Barry is now up there with breaking bad, getting better each season. Absolutely loved this season and this may be my second favorite season now other then season one.
I tried rewatching Breaking Bad after watching The Sopranos for the first time and the writing was just awful by comparison. Barry is definitely ahead of it now for me.
@@librarygary1618 Better Call Saul is written much better than Breaking Bad
@@librarygary1618 Lol what ? Ok buddy
I agree. I've always been impressed with both Breaking Bad and Barry. Both really thrive with the ability to tap into a sense of realism vs. drama for the sake of drama. But I'd say Barry's comedic elements make the show feel somewhat less "scripted" and make the viewers confused as to how to feel - which is great. But also Breaking Bad has amazing "show don't tell" moments with great cinematography. Both very well executed and written.
This show constantly leaves me wanting more, and that finale… I cannot wait for season 4, I’ll say it once and say it again: Everyone should
be watching Barry.
I could listen to him talk about directing this show all day.
Legendary finale. Ending gave me goosebumps 🔥
A truly talented human being.
Bill Hader is one of those multi talented fella who can do everything perfectly.
Bill Hader and Jordan Peele. Two comedians that are changing the game in action and horror storytelling.
I reeeeeallyyyy hope he bags a directorial Emmy. That's what he deserves
This entire scene I was just glued to the tv. This season was just so good with each episode just ramping up more and more.
i could listen to this nerdy cinephile talk for hours i’ll have you know
"We wanted it to be less 'whoa' and more huh...what?" sums up the entire show pretty nicely.
1:13 LOL the meeting between Bill Hader and stunt coordinator Wade Allen went just the same as Sally's agent and the BanShe agent
Hader is so good at this, I'm so happy to see it. What a great, compelling show.
Amazing finale.Never thought a episode with no comedy would work so well on Barry.
Amazing director and not too shabby of an actor, I'm kidding he's incredible in both areas.
Between this scene and the fight scene a few years back in Season 2 this show just keeps on giving. I luv the storyboards being part of the how this chase came to life. I can't wait for Season 4 of Barry.
Bill Hader is a living treasure
This sequence and Nacho vs the Salamanca twins in Better Call Saul are the best action sequences in TV this year
Both shows are so so good
That chase scene was one of the best things I had witnessed from this show! Good to see how much dedication went into it
One of most thrilling chase sequence I have ever seen.
5 mins of this chase was better than most of Fast and Furious movies and it's not exaggeration .
Kudos to cast and crew of Barry for making this masterpiece.
greatest show on TV and that season finale was incredible im so happy for Bill
The script for this show is absolutely, insanely good
They better give at least 10 awards to this amazing freaking show and Bill Hader for his wonderful outstanding job!
I’m so obsessed with this show. Hader & Berg are skilled filmmakers. Yes I wrote that right.
Love these behind-the-scenes.
Bill Hader is a future Oscar/Canne winning feature film director/writer/actor.
The sound design of the chase is seriously amazing and not talked about enough
I love how Bill describes things EXACTLY the same way as that pitch meeting we saw Sally in for The New Medusas lol
This season was awesome! Can't wait for season 4, even though I know is gonna be a hurricane of emotions
this chase scene looked like it came straight from grand theft auto! fantastic!
Bill Hader is just amazing in Barry! I can't believe he's such a great director as well :D another epic episode
I’m telling you Barry is the best thing on television ..I just can’t express how much shocked surprised amazed and horrified I am after the finale of this season
Bill hader is the ultimate genius of this generation
He really knows what he's doing 👍
Knowing bill hader didn’t do any of the scene makes it even funnier and better 😂
fire show
Amazing sequence. This whole series has been phenomenal.
I LOVE YOU BILL!!!
this season the series maker took a huge risks and used a lot tricks in camera movement, writing, acting and they nailed it and delivered a marvelous season.
"I'm not Tom Cruise"
-Bill Hader 🤣
Spectacular show. Well done, Bill Hader & crew!
This was amazing Thank you for sharing!!!
TBH I’ve always loved Bill, but now I think even more highly of him from watching this show. His acting, directing, and storytelling it’s all top notch. Favorite show right now easy
Bill needs another Emmy
Barry being such a creative show and doing more traditional effects, it seems so fun to work on. I’d give anything to just be a crew member on it.
This scene was so amazing my jaw was fully on the floor. I was awe struck at just the artistic way it was handled.
ohhhh seeing the 3d storyboards is so special. rarely do you get to see those from any media, i always love to think of the use of them on LOTR.
The season finale broke me.
The cast and crew have all done an amazing job on this series. The directing from Bill Hader and Alec Berg in Season 3 was superb.
Best show I've seen in years!
This is my favorite show like ever.
These last 3-4 episodes of this season were on another level.
Masterclass
Thanks ! Can we please have s3 bloopers now ? The finale left us in shambles, we all need a good laugh 😅
There is so much work behind this chase scene
This show is up there with Mr Inbetween with awesomeness
Love this show and bill Hader
Having a stunt driver “drive” for you would be kind of awesome!
I'll say it again, this is one of if not the best television series on right now. I've never experienced 30 minutes used to this effect and it all works.
This season and every season 🙌🙌🙌
@HBO Can you make DVDs with making of special features and commentary please?! I would love to learn so much from Bill Hader and the crew! I'll pay whatever!
Bill Best MC scene. Reminded me of Coen brothers in Lebowski where he crashed into a dumpster. And yes I have a bike.
The best chase scene on television. EVER.
This episode 🙌🙌
Am so proud of him for 💗💗✨
The action in this show is Amazing.
2:48 that was Jolene Van Vugt from Nitro Circus!!!!!!!!!! Love her and her work!!!!
literally the best season of barry thus far
amazing
Season 3 was great. Berry is one of the greatest shows of the last 10 years in my book
3:50 I honestly had no Mark Zuckerberg was a stuntman on Barry
This one I feel should at least be nominated for a place in the pantheon of sick-ayss chase sequences.
1:12 Now we know whose idea was the Vanessa Bayer scene
Emmy!!!!
They shot this near my house and I made a video riding my motorcycle showing all the spots they filmed Barry I found exactly 3 places where I lived they used in there show lol
Dear Bill I just want to you know that I deeply love you!!
Bill Hader the best 😘 😘
Give him all the money for all the films
Pretty cool chase scene xD
season 3 was sick
The more you love your decisions, the less you need others to love them. ♡
That's so true, actually.
I so badly don't want Season 4 to be the end!
More Bill Hader talking about Barry please. Also, season 4 when? You can't leave us hanging like that for a whole year, you realise that right?
I love it
1:17 we want more YEAH! and less grrr
there were no stuntmen involved when bill hit the slay button
I keep missing when Bill gets from the car to the motorcycle....
Check out gangs of wasseypur chase scene, its hilarious and reminded me of this.
The scene reminded me of the little one from season 2. Just how ridiculous it was.
At 1:16 Hader unironically does the thing the show made fun of in the Vanessa Bayer scene.
Put that man in MCU ASAP!!!
I was actually thinking that too but it's probably never gonna happen
3:19 XD
