Im from pakistan but really have a wish to see South Asia as EU.. i think if SAARC would truly work like the ASEAN or EU, south asia have the potential to become the richest region in the world since it has the best geopolitical location in the world. we have the CARs countries that are energy rich, Arab peninsula oil Rich, we have warm waters with us that are imp for the CARs, russia and china for a faster reach to the warm waters of the indian ocean. Regionally, SAARC and ASEAN can be joined which will give both of them a huge boost and the region will be rich.
