Hi Nida, first of all congratulations on your pregnancy. Regarding your query, I suggest you go for RCT (emergency access opening) and proceed with completing RCT after delivery. If RCT is not possible given the condition of the tooth, then extraction can be done. Also, Paracetamol is relatively safe in pregnancy. You can go with it after consulting your physician.
