Good job. Glad your starting. What your doing is part of the processes. Revisiting your bag and equipment to make it better. I went through 3 bags before finding the one that suited me. I ended up with a 55L camping backpack with an internal frame and waist + chest strap. I went non-tactical bacpack. Got my Pack down to 25lbs. I suggest looking at weight saving tips from hikers. I like my gear organized in my pack. I used large lightweight pencil/pen pouches to separate my gear, combustion, first aid, trapping(coradge, snare wire, fishing hooks, bank line). Keep it up.

I love how bug out bag people never have a realistic sleep system in there bags. Not many of u r gonna survive with out proper shelter and a good way to sleep. Most people cry if they don't sleep 8 hrs a day.. lol.. nothing against u just saying..

And you’re absolutely 100% right! Any good brand ideas?

@@EastwoodPrepper I personally use a roll up cot and a one man bivi. Brand names all change on the quality of gear u want and the weight of the gear.

@@dadandlokiinthewoods8806thank you! It’s always something I tend to forget to add. But I see what you’re saying. I’m sure people do cry, on average I’m about 4 to 5 hrs of sleep a day.
