Stuck door handle trick

This video shows you how to open a car door from the inside of a jammed or broken door handle on a 2011 Ford Fusion, which is apparently a common issue in these models (2006-2012). Very simple workaround!

I had to do that for the past two days. Jeff Foxworthy suddenly came to mind: "If you have to roll down your window to open your car door . . . " Mine's a Toyota Corolla, so I may have to keep searching. My door lock isn't like this one.

Make sure to push your thumb on the left side of the lock button as you pull out the right side. I was just pulling from the right and it broke the lock off lol. Replaced the handle now but it made things way more difficult for the time being

After opening the door press on unlock button so after you close the door you can lock them with the keys

I've been doing this for the two years I've owned this car first it was the passenger side then drivers side broke 6 months ago dosent bother me with the check engine light that won't turn off I've had 5 for different things and the truck that dosent stay open and water leaks through the roof when raining better than nothing

Now, the problem is the door will not lock with the lock switch in the middle position. You can still open after you hit lock button. Even with alarm. The door will not be locked. Fix as soon as possible.
