I don’t think the Wheelie Bin comment was abuse. You were making an analogy. If a wheelie bin doesn’t have its wheels, it no longer functions as a wheelie bin. Rashford is not functioning in his desired position at the moment. For some reason his “wheels” have fallen off (at the moment).

I am glad that Ben comes on every so often to provide some clarity and objectivity, I did not even bother watching the Henry Winter interview because I know his style and it pains me to think that we should all avoid saying what we think, for the sake of offending a person. I am not suggesting that we should do the opposite and be inconsiderate for the sake of it but all players get abuse on Social Media and if you can't take it, the only solution to that is, stay away! My gosh, what a concept!
Besides, is being called lazy, apathetic, selfish or self centered, is that abuse? What Rashford needs to do, is figure out why we are turning on him and calling him those things. Then try to address it. We are not labelling you negatively because we are evil, most of us are calling out what we are seeing on the pitch. If you are playing for the team and showing heart, even when you are failing, we will support you but at the moment, you simply look like you don't care.

Marks lack of football knowledge is clear to see. He's a personality, not a Football Analyst. Fans need to understand that Football is all about Data Analytics. Mark often calls Analysts as "Hipsters", but these "Hipsters" are people like Michael Edwards at Liverpool that are using Analytics to recruit effectively for players and managers. The bottom line is that if you recruit badly for players as we have done for many years, you're going to recruit poorly for managers. Managers that show clear patterns of play in and out of possession are more heavily recruited now than managers that have won trophies. Most people hadn't even heard of Arne Slot until Liverpool appointed him, it's called Analytical recruitment, not "the eye test" as Mark prefers to use.

    Foster is talking rubbish.
A lot of people here obviously didn't see Ferguson's first few years, or Klopp's, or Arteta's, or even Pep's first 2.
There are United players in this squad who are on their SIXTH manager (Rashford), 5th (Mctominay), 4th (Bruno, Lindelof, Maguire)....all these players have been failures for up to a decade!
Despite this, Ten Hag in his second season has got 3rd and CL qualification, silverware (Carabao Cup), 2 FA Cup finals, is the quickest ever United manager to 50 PL wins, and has the highest ever United manager win ratio...but people think he's the problem!?
Ralph Rangnick told us all that "Open Heart Surgery" was needed, and suggested that 13-14 players needed changing. Jose has said that there are still players there that he wanted to get rid of. Ole has intimated about the problems he had with the squad...yet still people think the position today is Ten Hag's fault.
As long as managers are forced to play with the failed players of past managers, this club will continue to fall behind.
Rashford, Bruno, Shaw, Maguire, Mctominay, Dalot, Lindelof, Martial, Bissaka.....ALL have to be shown the exit so that a proper culture and style can be built with players who have intelligence and a strong mentality.
Even Garnacho has started taking on board the toxic nature of these players! He gets substituted after spending 70 mins running up blind alleys ,then scuttles off the social media to "like" posts criticizing his substitution. No Arsenal, Liverpool, or 115 player would feel entitled enough to do that.
Ten Hag, and some of the young players (Mainoo, Kambwala, and Garnacho when he's not being immature) are the only bright spots.

We must be consistent in out criticism. We criticized the club that Ragnick was used in the wrong position but we won't criticize the club for using Casemiro in the wrong position. Also I remember when Maguire had dismal seasons scoring own goals and alot of fans were still patient with him. Yet Casemiro does 1 tenth of Maguires mistakes and we want him sold? Please man, we are better than that

The majority of the fault is with Onana. Just like the first game of the season, he rushes out with NO control and slaps the player in the face with both hands.
It's as if he closes his eyes and dives in these kinds of situations. He has no control on where he is going and who he is hitting. You can clearly see how far away from the ball he is and he was NEVER anywhere close to getting the ball. Casemiro's mistake could have been dealt with a lot better if Onana only had stayed in his position but once again he panicked.
