Hot take: I think we might get ssj4 but I think the reason it's taken so long is because they are trying to figure out the animation and how to shorten it
I mean, they could just use a mastered version of the transformation instead of the first transformation, such as when Goku went SSJ4 against Nova. Like how characters can just pop into SSJ3 despite how iconic the drawn out first transformation is.
Maybe a flash of a ozaru character screams to the sky with the classic heart beat, and a red blast and it reveals the ssj4 cac, and for the unlock maybe max friendship with pan, talk to her and you face baby, it makes it to where it beats you down a bar and then pan gets knocked away and you transform. Idk I just came up with this on the spot

My favorite build for my namekian is max health and the super soul "kicking a shadow dragon in the head is not a wise thing to do", lovely cyclone and do or die. the super soul reduces damage taken by a crap-ton when below ten percent, so namekian health regen is super clutch with this, since the more health the sooner it'll activate. you're basically immortal already, but do or die takes it even further. plus a health regen limit burst, it's perfect. also, one of the other boosts of the super soul reduces damage taken always by s, and boosts stamina depletion by s, so since lovely cyclone takes that further and extends do or die. with potential unleashed's defense boost, it's flawless I tell you.
Burcol. I challenge you to do a build with Special Beast Cannon with 200 points into Ki Blast.... In my head, I'm dubbing it.... The Assault of the Beast. Basically, any moves as a result of Super Dragon Flight, Demon Ray, Faint Crash, and lastly, any super move of your choice. Ultimates being Special Beast Cannon and Sign of Awakening. Forms is Blue Evolution. And Evasive is any. Super Soul is Damn, gotta go all out with the XXL buff to all attacks.
I´m using following stuff for my Melee build: SSG Male, QQ Bang with 5 bars on Melee dmg, Fruit of the tree of might, Super Soul Cabba "You gonna regret this ( XL Boost on Melee DMG when transforming into a Super Saiyan. SSG actually counts as Super Saiyan. Limit burst gives attack increase". Have fun totally melting everything xD

At this point honestly i think they should make 2 or 3 Super Souls be able to be active at a time hell maybe even transformations to like having Ultra Instinct and god etc

Also I do have an overpowered build.. made for raids but only gotten stronger because of the update and its for ki saiyans. 100pts basic 100pts ki super High stamina and high ki Using Krillian's super soul Power! A lot of power! It's great! To give you an XXL increase to max ki and stamina Beast awoken Final explosion + Emporor's Death Beam. The other super attacks can be at your leisure me i run punisher shield, burning attack, death wave, and ultimate charge. A 15 bar of stamina final explosion with 100pts of ki supers do about 53k damage
Fun fact they now have a why to put ssj4 in dbs and that the new seasons of dbs are set to realistic mid 2023 or early 2024 well if not you do now (ps your the goat at xenoverse 2)

for now i've went 8 bars of ki and stamina (24 ki, 8 stam) and used the last 390 points to put 130 into each damage stat
