- hey yall! now that summer has officially started, it reminded me how two years ago i was struggling to try to put together the “perfect” college application and how stressful it was. now im at UCLA, and i wanted to make this video to help others gain a better understanding of the UC application and perhaps take inspiration from what I did. every person and application season is different, but hopefully this video offers someone some additional guidance :)
feel free to ask any questions or if you’d like more information 💙

Holy shit, aren't you a smart and busy bumblebee?! Um, I don't know what you want to do within environmental science but my CA law firm has an environmental section and in six years if you stay on this track, we would LOVE somebody like you working for us.
Wow thank you for reaching out! I’m currently looking to study environmental health and pursue med school, but I’d be really interested to know more about your firm :) What is it called?
Natalie great video! I’m glad that you did well on your 1st year at UCLA! I’m always proud of you and inspired by you! Also you did a great job talking about UCLA and your approach on navigating UCLA!
why thank you matt! i appreciate all your kind comments on my videos 💙

How cool is that? A published environmental book. Can you send me a link where I can buy a copy of the book?
gladly! my book can be found here on amazon www.amazon.com/dp/B0BB5QW163?ref_=pe_3052080_397514860
cool
Maybe i missed it...what were your sat scores? What other schools did you apply to? Any rejections? 20 30 years ago, these would have been ivy/Stanford numbers. Unbelievable.
@@boltup5566 My SAT score was 1540 and I applied to Harvard, Stanford, Yale (EA), Brown, and Duke, which I was rejected from, and I was accepted into all UCs, USC, SDSU, University of Hawaii, and University of Arizona. A very stressful time with all of the applications but I’m so happy I ended up at UCLA.
@@natalieho11 this advice is quite early but consider going to a uc for med school too. Far less debt and if you do well on step 1 and perform well on your rotations, you'll get into whatever residency you want. Lmk if you have questions about derm if interested.
Still thinking abt nicole
Shut up
natalie what’s your number.
