How to Install Fidanza Short Throw Shifter! Nissan 300zx Z31

Today we're installing and testing a short throw shifter by Fidanza. I bought it from Godzilla Raceworks.

finally someone who also has a Nissan z31 😭 they really do mean it when they say the z31 is the forgotten Nissan, it's pretty hard to find parts directly for a z31 and I've been looking for a short throw shifter but I don't know if there are like universal short shifters.

z31 na transmitions are all the same ones in the s13. so you can get an s13 short throw and itll prob bolt on just fine from what iv seen. the z31 shares a surprisingly large amount of parts with the s chassis

yo thanks man, i apricate the help, by any chance would you know how to replace the master and slave cylinder, or where i can find them in the engine bay that would be helpful@@zaku_tc8199

Master is under the washer fluid reservoir, and the slave is attached to the trans basically right under the passenger seat. You can see it if you lay down. Super easy to replace. The annoying part is flushing/refilling the fluid, but still a simple process. Good luck.
