Hawaii’s first humpback whale sighting off the shores of East Oahu had one spearfisherman holding his breath longer than he may have wanted.

But I literally saw a humpback and her baby in March in Hawaii… is there a different point that marks the beginning of the year for whale..? I’m confused why this is the first whale lol

Yes…4 months ago we would see them off the Kohala coast…Plenty
