It always bugs me when the ML *knows* what kind of woman the schemer is and that she wants to be with her, but he still keeps her around, doesn't make boundaries or if he does he does nothing when she oversteps them and is always 'shocked' when she 'gets drunk' and throws herself at him and yet will *always* treat their partner like they're crazy or paranoid for not trusting the schemer who constantly sabotages the relationship and *always* believe the schemer over their own girlfriend/fiance/wife. And then they play victim when 'their woman' has enough of the double standard BS and wants to break-up/divorce. And then the schemer feels pleased with themselves because they've 'won' because the other woman is gone and the man that never wanted them in the first place is all theirs again...until the next love interest comes along.
Frickin' ridiculous.
