you need to get a better cpu if your gonna run a 4090
This is not a bottleneck. He just didn't type the command to unlock fps in to the console. And what makes you conclude that the cpu is not a 4090. See how today's games look like. In his case, you write bottleneck, but if he had 13900k, then it would be: good optimization. And in the case of: Spider-Man, Hogwoart Legacy bad optimization. People like you who deal with this crap for years should stop spending so much time on games. You can play multiplayer games at a locked 120fps just fine... People like you are just spoiled. If you did tests/benchmarks and spent money on a PC, you would understand the state of the games in the last 5 years or where they are going.
