Jisoo was born to be an MC! She seems way more comfortable interacting with the fans as an MC compared to dancing. You can definitely tell during their earlier years that she was not confident or comfortable dancing, she seems like shes constantly trying to remember the steps like taking a test (what she said during Rolling Stones interview). However, she has gotten way better at performing now and seems way more comfortable now compared to earlier years. Music and dancing doesn’t come naturally to Jisoo unlike other members who just have a nature talent for rhythm and dancing. That means Jisoo had to work harder than everyone else to keep up with the other members. We are proud of you Jisoo! ❤️
Agree and its very refreshing to see such an idol, a little bit uncomfortable while still finding her comfort. Above talent, I guess she was chosen for her personality. Jisoo matured as an idol before our very eyes.
sorry but i don't agree with you. When I look at her, I see that she dances wonderfully. For me, she is the best dancer after Lisa most of the time. She does everything perfectly while sometimes the other members are skipping moves or not doing it right. Of course, she's more comfortable when she's mc, because she doesn't do things that she has memorized like dancing, she says what she wants. Rhythm and dance are not just nature talent. All members are studying hard for the choreography. Lisa is way more good compared to the other members because she is danced since her childhood. What Jisoo said in the Rolling Stone interview wasn't that she had any trouble at dancing. She said, other members are also looking to have fun while performing, but I still feel like a test. These are different things. She is so focused on doing every step in the best way, because of that she forgets to have fun. But the other members are looking to have fun even if they skip some steps it's okay because they know this is not a test. But Jisoo forgets that. So Jisoo's only problem is that she is not comfortable on stage and she can't have fun. I hope this changes. In my opinion, she has the most stable and powerful voice, her dance and communication with the fans are perfect.

It’s a fact that some people just have a natural rhythm and talent for music. You can tell from the natural way they move their body and to the music. Lisa and Rose definitely has that. Jennie also has that. Jisoo wasn’t trying to be an idol when she auditioned, she was trying for acting but she was put into the idol category by YG. But you can see that she tried worked really hard on her dancing and as the years go by, she’s gotten better. Her earlier years, anybody can see that she wasn’t the best dancer in the group, just because her moves are sharper than other members doesn’t mean she’s a better dancer. They’re not cheerleaders, sharp moves doesn’t define how good you are. Dancing is all about how your body move to the music and how entertaining it is to watch.
